The APP shall convene at least twice weekly.
Sessions shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer of the APP, who may be the Chairman, the Speaker, or a proxy delegated by the Speaker to act in their place.
Extraordinary sessions may be convened by the Chairman, the Cabinet, or upon petition of at least one-third of APP members.
Mandatory Attendance all deputies are required to attend sessions of the APP.
Excused Absences a deputy may be excused from a session only if a valid reason is submitted to the APP Manager either before or immediately after the session they were absent from.
Tardiness deputies arriving late to a session shall not be penalized, except in cases where their absence causes them to miss a vote, in which case standard voting rules shall apply.
All deputies shall conduct themselves with discipline, respect, and seriousness.
Deputies shall address the Assembly only when recognized by the Presiding Officer and shall confine their remarks to the matter under discussion.
Disruptive behavior, including interruptions, shouting, personal insults, or deliberate obstruction of proceedings, is prohibited.
Criticism of proposals, policies, or officials shall be political and substantive, not personal or abusive.
The Presiding Officer may issue warnings, order a deputy to yield the floor, or take further procedural action to restore order.
Persistent or serious violations of decorum may be referred to the APP Manager for formal review and record.
